Suresh Chandra Bajpai

Founder Member of Heritage Institute of Hotel & Tourism, Agra, Mr. Suresh Chandra Bajpai started his journey as a chef in The Taj Mahal Lucknow in 1995, by doing Diploma in Food Production Craft course from IHM Lucknow. Since then there is no looking back, being associated  with  Taj Group of Hotels  for  good  9 years, given him a lot of exposure and strength  for his new assignment waiting overseas. He also spent his 10 golden years in U.K and a citizenship is simply an ICEING on cake.

Carries 18 years of rich experience in the Hospitality Industry, he is a celebrity CHEF and is presently working with Holiday Inn Hotel, Birmingham. He has satisfied the astronomical wants of renowned customers with Blue Zenzer Italian Restaurant Harrow (London), Jimmy Spice Buffet Works, Birmingham, Queens Hotel, London & Taj Mahal Hotel Lucknow, India.

He has also started his own venture @ Birmingham PEACHY KEENS U.K, a 120 Cover multi-cuisine restaurant.

With all his experience in food industry and the ability to catch the taste bud, has grown from strength to strength.

Just to summarize, with all his experience and ventures that he was associated with and the task that he has successfully accomplished, and the future venture that he would like to be in, he can be a big force in setting up a new brand where he can infuse all his years of experience and expertise.
