Food Production Lab
Well Equipped Production Lab with all the latest gadgets and fully centrally temperature controlled atmosphere is the attraction of HIHT. International cuisines are masters in our Production Lab with the help of basics in cooking.
Training with modern techniques of cooking, presentation with emphasis on hygine is taken utmost care of. Student practice on the workstation provided with convenint prepration and ediquate storage space. Food and Beverage Service Lab Mock Restaurent and Bar cum Banquet Setup
The training in restaurant enables students to learn various aspects of food and bevergage service. The Mock bar is part of Food and Beverage Services skill and Management where students are trained in appropriate protocol for service and presentation. They are introduced to the world of cocktails, mocktails, wines and different service methods.
Front Office Lab
Front Office Lab is equipped with all the modern facility which Five Star or Seven Star Hotels provide. Students practice Front Office Management Procedures. They practice to deal with Foreign Currency, Travellers Cheque, Vouchers, Flight Confirmation, and Ticketing, Pickup Drop Off guests. They learn to make all reports and are made to understand the whole revenue making process.
House Keeping Lab
House Keeping Lab is set as per the modern norms of the industry with vital furniture and drapperies. Students practice the hygiene and asthetic sense to keep the hotel visually enhanced and clean. They learn about the cleaning procedure and cleaning agent which is most imperative aspect of the industry.
